Refund policy

Our refund policy offers the possibility to refund the product within 2 weeks from the day of the received shipment. If 2 weeks have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer any refund or any exchange. For a product exchange, we cannot always guarantee the availability of the same item, as the fabrics are limited pieces. To make the change, write an email to info@nicotrella.it with all the specific references and then send to the following address : Giofe Life SL Paseo Porta Coeli 45, 46530 Puzol (Spain). Shipping costs, taxes and custom duties are charged to the customer. All the product, being handmade with very delicate fabrics, must be returned to the same perfect conditions as received. If the returned products are found damaged with ( sign, scratches, dirty, abrasion there will be no change of the product.
